Hi there! I’m Evelyne Gonzalez and I’m a License Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide online individual therapy services to adults throughout the state of California. My goal is to be able to work with you to to be able to gain an understanding of presenting issues and work towards gaining skills to overcome fear and anxiety, learn to navigate through certain thoughts and emotions to be able to get to a place where you are able to implement better life practices.
I'm passionate about my work with young adults and working with those who are new to counseling since I know that getting started and finding a therapist can be an extremely daunting task. I find that my approach is more geared towards people who are often dealing with anxiety and are having difficulty adjusting to life transitions.
I believe every person has unique talents. Being aware of my talent of being able to connect with people on a deeper level, is what started my journey as a therapist. I knew I wanted a career around a helping professional and after exploring a few, I knew this was the one that was meant to be.
