Accepting new clients, ages 13+. As a passionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician, I help individuals engage in some of life’s most difficult conversations. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults while addressing a range of challenges, including “big feelings,” burnout, grief & loss, traumatic events, and life transitions. Many of my clients are sensitive, thoughtful individuals who want to feel more confident, connected, and understood. I am trained in Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based, Narrative, and Play Therapy. I believe in tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs of each client.
My approach is warm & honest, yet gently challenging. You will be able to share your story & together rewrite a narrative that may have been outside of your control. I tend to work best with individuals who are part of the following communities: eldest daughters, first-generation individuals, BIPOC, perfectionists, & those with untold or unheard experiences.
I strive to provide a welcoming space where we can work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I offer therapy in English and Spanish.
