DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS I PROVIDE **TELESESSIONS** Most people who seek psychotherapy already possess a "spark" or a strong inclination for a certain change in their life. As you share your story my experience strengthens the spark, turning it to earnest desire and belief in the very real possibility of effecting change in your life. I lecture at the university level in the areas of DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE and LEADERSHIP. I also lecture on ANXIETY MANAGEMENT. Though grounded in traditional psychotherapy, i espouse the merits of short-term and innovative techniques.
Whether I am lecturing at the university level, or providing a free presentation at a local library, my goal is always the same, sharing the optimism 20 years in a difficult field have strengthened in me. Most people DO HAVE great potential to place the past behind them.
