Rather, I use trauma-focused approaches rooted in ACT and existential therapy to provide insight on where you might be stuck, and to help you try out new ways of thinking that better support who you want to be.

Art Class @ Blue Heron - social connection group
FOR AGES 16-ADULT. Ongoing Registration. This weekly or biweekly art class focuses on exploring the creative process, building technical skills, developing a personal style, and learning more about how to show artwork in the community. We will bring new materials and inspiration each week, and participants are welcome to follow along or use the materials to make what calls to them. Through art making our experienced group facilitator will encourage participants to engage with each other socially, practice skills important for independence, and strengthen their self-image.
