“Am I capable of overcoming this?” is a question those struggling with anxiety or grief may ask. You feel exhausted from carrying the weight of the world and cannot pull yourself out of the gravitational pull of habits, coping skills, or relationships that add more weight. If struggling with anxiety, this may be a familiar dance you wish to stop, or if dealing with grief related to the loss of a loved one, this may be a new dance you wish never started. Whichever is you, no wonder it seems impossible to overcome these obstacles continually thrown your way, yet there is a possibility – and I am here to support you in that discovery.

I work with adults as old as 18 and as young as their 80s, whether they struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, existential concerns, or embracing their authentic selves. which, for some, may require accepting their neurodivergence. Grief and loss, especially related to the passing of a loved one (pets included), is another big area I specialize in.

At some point in our life, our light feels like it has gone out and we need the additional support in relighting ourselves. I am honored to be a part of that process, as no one should grieve alone nor get lost in the wilderness of their anxieties alone.
