| Español Welcome! I am a therapist providing virtual only sessions. I specialize in complex trauma, attachment trauma, depression, anxiety, & pregnancy/postpartum. I work best with people who want to take an active role in building the life they want, figuring out the person they want to be and how we can build on all of their innate strengths to live a rich and meaningful life, even in the face of disappointment, loss, frustration, and pain. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and we work collaboratively. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can gain insight into yourself & heal from past wounds.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a variety of healing treatment modalities including Attachment-based, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) & Master Certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I am a member of the International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (IS-ART)
My style is compassionate and warm. I practice from an empowerment stance and support clients in finding their voice in a world full of chaos. I am committed to the daily work of anti-oppression and anti-racism, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I believe that all people have the ability to change, grow and heal.
