Hi there! I am a New York-based therapist specializing in helping queer, trans, BIPOC, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent clients build the lives they want through self-exploration, affirmation, and empowerment. I also help individuals identify patterns and pain points in their relationships and heal relational trauma, creating an affirming and non-judgmental space to explore all types and structures of connection. My goal is to create a safe haven for my clients, where they can explore intersectional identities and find joy and self-acceptance outside of the oppressive systems and restrictive norms that so often hold us back.
I support clients in identifying the stressors, traumas, and behavioral patterns that limit them, and I help them set manageable goals, develop coping strategies, and build self-esteem and self-confidence. My approach is tailored to each individual client, incorporating a variety of techniques including CBT and psychodynamic therapy.
My style of therapy is characterized by honesty, authenticity, and vulnerability, and interweaves my lived experience as a queer, non-binary, neurodivergent, and biracial black therapist with my professional training and expertise.
