About
Has being diagnosed with a chronic illness caused you to feel anxious, isolated, worried, depressed or overwhelmed? Are you having difficulty adjusting or coping with your illness? Having a chronic illness can cause a drastic change in one’s lifestyle, can interfere with employment, interpersonal relationships, and an individual’s independence. As your Coach and Therapist, I use a blend of therapy, coaching, and 30 years of medical expertise, to help you navigate the turbulent path you are on, so you can better manage your chronic illness both physically and psychologically. I believe the body has an innate ability to heal itself.
I will offer you ongoing support, help you to become an active participant in your treatment, help you better manage your illness and meet any challenges you are facing with resilience.I will show you how to “ease your dis-ease” with a focus on the mind-body connection. I will provide you with a confidential healing place to talk about your feelings.
Working with me will help you transform the way you relate to your chronic illness to create a better life for yourself. I help my clients learn how to become the CEO of their body and disease thus creating a life that is in balance, that allows them to meet challenges with resilience and look to the future with hope.
