I specialize in working with expecting mothers who experience pregnancy related anxiety. I help them learn how to cope with pregnancy worries by using cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy. I work from a trauma-informed along with an anti-racist lens, and my approach is based on each of your unique individual needs.
Pregnancy worries is not meant to be experienced alone. My role is to normalize your worries while helping you to target the fears that is impacting you from experiencing joy during this important moment of your life.
