What makes my practice different? I approach wellness as creating a healthy connection between the mind and the body and accept people as whole beings, meeting them where they are at the moment. I bring 40 years experience as a Registered Nurse. I’ve worked in various settings such as hospitals, trauma units and home care. The many years of counseling people through acute and chronic illnesses has given me insight on the importance of mental health. I utilize several methods to help people recover from PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, loss, low self-esteem, ADHD, or are facing professional or personal challenges.
I specialize in working with adults, seniors, high-level professionals, and executives. My work has been enhanced by serving diverse populations and adding cultural sensitivity and spiritual dimensions to my practice. In my private practice, I deliver individualized and evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of mental health concerns.
