I am a seasoned clinical psychologist in private practice who engages in psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults. Using an eclectic, integrative approach, I provide individual treatment, family counseling and parenting guidance, helping those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, and personality differences as they deal with various challenges related to phases, changes and events in their lives.
I use my many years of clinical experience to tailor my treatment approach to the needs of each individual. I integrate psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. I also conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to clarify what is interfering with an individual’s academic performance and social functioning.
My efforts with every patient, child, adolescent or adult, are directed towards being therapeutically supportive as we work together to explore situations and feelings and to develop adaptive coping strategies in the service of productively moving forward.
