I enjoy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as one of the methods of counseling. Through this method, I help people understand that their thoughts and feelings influence their behaviors. We will work together to challenge unhealthy and destructive though patterns, improve regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies for healthier living.
