I find it a privilege to journey with clients as they find a path toward a more fulfilling life. As a clinical psychologist, I use my background to treat you as a whole person, not a disorder. You may come to me with a clear idea of what your issues are or instead with a vague sense that life "doesn't feel right." Life problems may be contributing to sadness, self-doubt, or self-defeating behaviors. Together, we will agree on goals and ways to achieve them. By creating a safe space and trusting relationship, growth and healing are possible.

Clients who choose to work with me are curious about themselves and are interested in understanding both their healthy and unhealthy sides. In addition to treating depression, anxiety, identity concerns, and relationship issues, I have special interest & training in perinatal mental health, psychosocial oncology, spirituality, and the mind-body connection.

I provide psychotherapy and also perform Psychological Evaluations for bariatric surgery candidates. I have worked in community mental health, medical hospital, psychiatric hospital, and private clinic settings.
