As a neuro-affirming therapist, I provide a supportive and understanding space for neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism, whether formally diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring their identity. My goal is to help you feel safe, accepted, and empowered as you navigate the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodivergence. I bring lived experience to my work, which helps me build strong, compassionate connections and support clients through sensory sensitivities, executive dysfunction, masking, burnout, and communication differences.
I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, especially when these concerns intersect with neurodivergence. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
