I work with adult (18+) and adolescent women(11-17) who feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck, even when they appear high-functioning on the outside. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking to better understand their emotions, build stronger boundaries, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced with your nervous system in mind. I integrate trauma-informed care, parts work, and evidence-based approaches to help you understand your emotional patterns, reduce distress, and build greater stability and self-trust. Let's rewire your nervous system.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, feel more grounded in your life, and begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
