Social Therapy Group
Our Social Therapy groups give people the opportunity to work on their life in a group setting. This activity is helpful in the following ways: we begin to see "how others experience us," we can create new things ways of being emotional with others, and we can learn to build healthier relationships. Our groups ages are l8 and up, men and women, all races, and all sexual preferences. We currently have openings in our weekly Wednesday night group (which is currently on zoom) and a Couples group (on zoom) once a month.
