I'm most experienced working with folks who are dealing with anxiety, trauma, mood instability, and psychosis. Regardless of what you're working on and your goals, my approach is to meet you where you're at and collaborate with you to find what works.

I tend to gravitate toward more of an ACT approach (accepting the issue exists and learning how to work with it instead of against it...floating with the waves, as it were), but really, it's all about what resonates with you.
