I help my clients relieve tension and stress through techniques connected to mindfulness and CBT.
I tailor individual approaches to each of my clients’ particular situations. We will work collaboratively to establish a safe and respectful therapeutic relationship in order to explore emotions and develop insights to build on untapped strengths.
