Hi, I’m Evelyn Banuelos. My ideal clients are individuals who may have experienced trauma, abusive relationships, or significant loss and are seeking a steady, supportive space to heal and move forward. Stress can show up as anxiety, depression, substance use, or relationship struggles. I offer trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. Using CBT, family systems, psychodynamic, and relational approaches, I help clients process trauma and grief, build emotional regulation, develop healthier coping skills, and strengthen relationships in a supportive, structured way.

With over a decade of experience as a social worker, I help individuals and families work through stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges.
