As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant in Training, using EMDR I will help you gently access negative beliefs and traumatic memories stored in the neural pathways of the brain and your body. In this way we can transforms your experiences, releasing, their negative impacts, so you can be free to live on your own terms.

I specialize in comprehensive treatment for PTSD and complex trauma, eating disorders, and addiction.
