I have a broad experience with children, adolescents and adults with a wide variety of emotional and mental health disorders. My work is based on solution-focused, mind-body approach where I combine psychotherapy and mindfulness techniques to work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and life transitions. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), nurtured heart approach and motivational interviewing in my work.
I graduated with MSW in 2010 and since then I worked at therapeutic schools for children and adolescents with emotional and mental health struggles, residential center for children and adolescents and their families, as well as, outpatient services for adults with emotional and mental health struggles.
