As a first generation bilingual Guatemalan immigrant, I know it can be difficult to find professionals with whom you feel safe with. I am culturally aware and embrace all our differences.

I have certification in Perinatal Maternal Mental Health along with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Brainspotting - two powerful evidence based interventions. I am especially passionate about working with people suffering losses that are not traditionally recognized, like divorce, job loss and chronic illness.
