I believe therapy works best when there’s a genuine connection. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable and safe, offering a confidential space where you can be yourself. I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently earning my doctorate in Psychology, focusing on Industrial-Organizational Psychology. As a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the unique challenges faced by those in the helping professions, including first responders, police officers, military, mental health professionals, and medical professionals.
I am fully trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and currently in training for hypnosis. The other clinicians in my practice work with children and adolescents, specializing in art therapy, using creative expression to support growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
At Yelinek Therapy Services, we are a trauma-informed outpatient mental health practice dedicated to helping children, adults, and families heal and grow.
