I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based, relational approach to create a trusted container for you to safely encounter the fragmented parts of your Self that may feel hard to accept and care for. I draw from Internal Family Systems, mindfulness-based practices and somatic attunement to support you in reconnecting with what you need to move forward.
