We bring meaning to our lives through the stories we tell and questions we ask. While language may feel intangible, therapeutic conversations help us find wisdom in our experiences. Recontextualizing our stories can bring us greater clarity and self-compassion. My therapeutic approach is empathetic, creative, and holistic. I am psychodynamically oriented, meaning that I will invite you to guide the content of our conversations. Together we will explore recurring themes and patterns that emerge, and look to the past to gain insight into the present.
I draw from psychodynamic, narrative therapy, and parts work, with a focus on attachment in childhood. I have particular experience working with people who identify as neurodivergent or learning disabled. I also enjoy working with creatives. No matter how your healing journey unfolds, I strive to help you feel safe and supported.
I am currently accepting new clients for in-person and virtual sessions. If you are curious about starting therapy, please reach out! I will be happy to answer any questions you have over a free 15-minute phone consultation. I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, races, genders, sexual orientations, and religious or political affiliations.
