In person, office sessions. Over 25 years of experience, along with many certifications, including Certified ADHD provider. Goal & result oriented practice (read: fast improvement so you don’t have to wake up every day feeling dread). If you don’t want to stay stuck in the same problem(s), are a person who prefers action in order to get out of emotional pain & into a life you LOVE, then this boutique practice is for you. We also offer evaluations & documentation for: ADHD, legal/court, work related, (including Short Term Disability), school, medical (psych) clearance for surgeries, and pets (ESA &/or service dog documentation.)
We are an upscale, boutique practice that provides full service psych needs to our patients. We limit the number of patients we take so you will not be left waiting in a packed waiting room ever (we respect your time!) nor will it be impossible to schedule appointments when you need one. There is a clinician on duty 24/7 for crisis & emergencies.
Our goal is to help patients become "Teflon coated," meaning able to handle whatever life tosses out. A good therapist, in essence, does themselves out of a job eventually, by making sure the patient has all the skills they need to cope with life (thrive, not just survive).
