This trauma-informed group is designed for women living with chronic pelvic pain. Pelvic pain impacts more than just the body, it can also affect your sense of self, your relationships, and your emotional well-being. Using mindfulness, IFS, and somatic practices you’ll have the opportunity to: learn tools for nervous system regulation and pain relief, explore the emotional impact of pelvic pain, and reduce isolation and feel seen by others who “get it”. Meets virtually for 8 weeks and is facilitated by a therapist with both personal and professional experience in chronic pelvic pain healing. Begins October 2026.
