As a trauma therapist, I work with clients to reprocess painful experiences, improve their relationship with themselves and others, and experience transformational change through EMDR, Coherence Therapy, and IFS informed parts work. As someone who identifies as neurodivergent and chronically ill, it's important to me to provide my clients with affirming care. I believe it's necessary to acknowledge the role that systemic oppression plays in trauma. I work with folks to create a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space using an integrative, trauma informed approach.
