Hello! Welcome to your healing journey. I am glad you are taking the time to read this. Let me tell you a bit about me, so that you can see if I may be a fit for what you are seeking. My expertise is in holistic based therapy. This means I like to look at the whole picture; mind, body and spirit. I am trained in ACT, EMDR, NET, and past life regression. I recently partnered with Journey Clinical to be able to provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) virtually and in person. I provide clinical supervision for other mental health therapists. I am currently seeing clients and supervisees both virtually and in person.
I have over 25 years of direct practice in multiple settings and across age ranges. I specialize in assisting with symptoms reduction for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles. I offer KAP, EMDR, NET as well as holistic approaches to mental health. I also have experience working with many other issues, too many to fully list.
I understand how hard it can be to open up to someone you do not know about the most vulnerable parts of yourself. I have been in this field a long time and have heard a lot. Through this, I believe we are all doing the best we can and trying our best. I am not here to judge, I am here to support and help give hope. We are in this together.
