DNA Discovery: NPE Support & Process Group
Mail-in DNA kits (23andMe, ancestry, etc) are supposed to be fun, but more and more people are getting results they don't recognize. This experience can cause an identity crisis and existential exploration that few others understand. Eve Sturges, LMFT, brings people from the NPE (non-parental event) community together to gain support and insight from each other. People who experience surprise DNA-discoveries can feel isolated, but they are not alone!
