I offer individual counseling and art therapy, supervision, and art wellness workshops (see Groups section below).
My approach to wellness is holistic, expressive, and affirming. In addition to talk therapy methods, art making may help you process complex emotions and experiences. We can also work together to upgrade your food and lifestyle choices to feel better inside and out.
Therapy with me is collaborative, with the understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be present and share as much as you feel comfortable with, and support you to take care of yourself and create the life you want.

Virtual clinical supervision group now forming for clinicians in PA seeking LPC and/or ATR credentials (pursuing both isn't necessary, but members should be open to learning about different modalities)! Topics include case conceptualization, creative and holistic interventions, self-care, ethical considerations, dual relationships, treatment planning, cultural competency, professional identity, and more. Plans to start in June 2026, depending on amount of interest. This group will have rolling admission, so please inquire for space availability if you see this posted beyond that time frame.
