I work with individuals who are struggling with overwhelming and stressful school, work, and life transitions. Individuals may experience pressures to perform, difficulty adjusting to change and uncertainty of what their next steps may be. I offer coping strategies and emotional support, for stress and anxiety. As well as a safe space for clients to talk about and work through their challenges. I work with clients to help them feel more confident, better manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and more effectively navigate transitions.
My approach to therapy is a collaborative, client centered, and compassionate approach. I value a warm, judgmental free and safe environment where clients feel understood and valued. I work collaboratively to explore and identify challenges and strengths to come along side the client and help them learn and build tools to confidently navigate their lives.
