I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also treat other challenges, such as grief/loss, low self esteem, life transitions, social/relationship dynamics, and emotional regulation issues. My approach to therapy includes mindfulness, focus on values, acceptance of thoughts and feelings, and goal-setting.
