I use an eclectic approach, but specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and client-centered therapy. I start by creating a positive therapeutic relationship, which is based on safety, trust, and understanding. I consider each person’s strengths and limits, which makes the counseling experience comfortable and rewarding.
I know what it feels like to struggle with mental roadblocks, which took me a while to figure out. Once I did, I didn’t always remember how I got there.
