I am a licensed Social Worker at The Midtown Practice who believes that engaging in the therapeutic process can lead to lifelong change. My work with clients demonstrates that personal change and emotional growth are achieved when individuals are permitted to rewrite their personal narratives. I utilize a mix of modalities to align with my client’s needs and meet their changing priorities and life challenges. I enjoy working with patients of diverse backgrounds and cultures. I strive to create a safe and open space for authentic communication, providing a judgment-free and humanistic approach to personal growth in clients' lives.

My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Supportive Therapy to address my clients’ challenges in the here and now and in their inner emotional lives.
