About
I specialize in working with children, teenagers and families. I have advanced training in Play Therapy, Equine Therapy and Wilderness Therapy. A lot of children can struggle with experiences in life. Sometimes something specific happens and your child might need support expressing themselves appropriately. Other times your child might struggle with more general behavioral issues. Needing help is normal and I have helped many children and teens move through difficult experiences and behaviors to a place of stability and balance.
I use both Play Therapy and Equine Therapy in my work. I concentrate on grief, behavioral problems, anger management and sexual and physical abuse. I support individuals in developing coping skills, resiliency, tolerance and self-worth. I run groups and offer individual therapy.
