My approach is eclectic and meets the individual needs of the adults and children I serve. A strong therapeutic relationship is key for effective therapy. As guide, witness and psycho-educator I help you clarify your thoughts, feelings and experiences. In this way your struggles become opportunties to develop strength and confidence to move forward.
Adults and children benefit from the expressive tools in my welcoming office. Children's interests and developmental milestones are the foundation of our therapeutic play together. I support parents and guardians to examine their experiences and responses in relationship to their child. Children make more powerful shifts when their grown-ups grow too!
