In my practice, I work with adults and adolescents who struggle to express their innermost needs and values. I treat individuals who suffer from persistent anxiety and depression, feelings of unlovability and shame, and those frightened of conflict and lacking the language to repair. My patients tend to find themselves in cycles of self-sabotage and unfulfilling intimate relationships—while simultaneously seeking reciprocity and deep understanding. They might find it hard to take a shape.
In session, saying everything is the goal. Together, we will work toward finding the words for thoughts and feelings formerly unknown, helping you access greater agency and emotional freedom in your life. My approach is warm, direct, and creative, as we attend to both past and present experiences to create lasting change.
Artists, academics, and ambitious professionals often find their way to my practice. I also work with couples seeking to strengthen their emotional communication and understanding of recurring conflicts.
