I offer a calm, grounded space where you can show up as you are, talk honestly about what’s going on, and reconnect with your own clarity and strength. My style is collaborative and real — we look together at what’s working, what isn’t, and the deeper patterns that keep showing up, with the goal of making meaningful, intuitive shifts. With nearly 15 years of clinical experience and a background in mindfulness, yoga, and integrative mind–body practices, I bring a comprehensive yet down-to-earth approach that supports sustainable growth and genuine well-being.

Are you navigating life in the aftermath of trauma, feeling disconnected from others, "on edge," and exhausted? Maybe you're hoping to reconnect with your body, or maybe you don't remember ever feeling at home in it. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma, PTSD symptoms, body image, and sexuality (LGBTQ+ affirming). I am passionate about supporting those who have experienced sexual violence, and those navigating traumatic grief, such as suicide loss survivors. I enjoy working with clients who haven’t found therapy helpful before, including teens who may feel unsure about trying therapy.

As a therapist, I work with a diverse range of clients ages 12+ and am affirming of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent identities. My ideal clients may be feeling overwhelmed and exhausted from navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma or the impacts of neurodivergence. They might describe themselves as people-pleasers, perfectionists, or overthinkers looking not just for insight, but change they can feel. They’re searching for a therapist who is authentic, collaborative, and understands both the mind and the nervous system.

I specialize in children and adolescents who have developmental disabilities, OCD, mood and anxiety disorders and trauma. I currently provide individual therapy for individuals who are anywhere between the ages from four all the way to early twenties. I love being able to implement psychoeducation surrounding diagnoses to break the unhelpful stigma that may arise from them. I enjoy being able to guide my clients in building more confidence in themselves and gain motivation to do the things that they are passionate about.

If your child or teen feels anxious, overwhelmed, irritable, or misunderstood, you are not alone. Maybe they struggle with big emotions, perfectionism, attention challenges, social stress, or shutting down when things feel too hard. You might notice anger, withdrawal, low confidence, or constant self-criticism. They want to feel calmer, more confident, & better able to handle school, friendships, and family life without feeling like something is wrong with them.
