I am Evangeline Veal, but I prefer to be called Eva. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I love people. I am genuinely passionate about helping individuals find their inner resilience and create meaningful change in their lives. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based techniques, empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine rapport-building. I believe in collaborating with my clients to aid them in identifying their strengths, finding solutions, and building coping skills that help them meet life’s challenges head-on and tackle them.
Historically, I have worked with children between the ages of six and twelve. However, I have also worked with adults. I treat individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, parent/child relational issues, divorce/separation issues, relationship issues, adjustment disorder, and I also provide Christian counseling.
I listen attentively, without judgment, as you share your experiences, emotions, and concerns. Your narrative guides our sessions. I validate your feelings and experiences, creating a space where you feel understood and accepted. Together, we uncover patterns, beliefs, and coping mechanisms.
