My therapeutic approach is to work with my Patients to help them develop the skills that will help them throughout their lives. I have worked with a wide range of Patients and they're presenting issues and am currently offering therapeutic services for Individuals, Couples, Veterans, Groups and Families. I work with ages 10 and up and enjoy helping my Patients learn new techniques and skills to help them work towards improvement and establishing a better way of life.
Presenting issues that I have worked with are Adoption, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Parent/Child Relationship Issues, Grief, ADHD, self-harm, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Trauma, Women's issues, Infertility Issues, Couples Communication, Domestic Violence, Relationship Issues and Mood Disorders.
I aim to provide an environment that is safe, relaxing and a non-judgmental space so that my Patients feel comfortable talking about their life stories and struggles. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and an ally as well as feeling supportive of a wide range of community needs. I am always looking to see how I might help or support those around me.
