I am a straightforward, perceptive, and non-judgmental practitioner. The therapy I provide is not a one-size-fits-all, but instead is a collaborative approach and customized to your specific needs. I do not bill insurance for marriage counseling or most sex therapy.

Women's Love Thy Self Retreat: Sept. 10-13 2026
This retreat is designed to help you connect to your desires. Included in this package: •3 days / 2 nights in a home on the Lake of the Arbuckles, Davis, Oklahoma •10 hours of group coaching and guidance, exercises to explore desires and blocks, understanding female arousal and sexuality, exercises to heal sexual traumas, manifest desires. All exercises come directly from my work as a Sex Therapist. Think of getting months of sex therapy in a single weekend. Many tools are not taught in private sessions and can only be acquired here, for example, vulva mapping and Love Thyself Meditation. $1200
