I specialize in children and parenting. If your child has high anxiety, seems sad or withdrawn, or has had behavior changes, you might consider counseling. Sometimes the older kids just need someone besides family to talk to about what's going on. If your child is particularly challenging, maybe they have a lot of meltdowns, is aggressive, sad, or has had a traumatic event occur then I may be able to help. Has your child had a lot of medical procedures? Play therapy could help. If you are college-aged & lost or stressed/depressed/anxious, we can work together to get you back on track.

Being a parent is tough but so is being a kid (just ask them). My goal is to help your family find your happy again and get you guys working together as a functional unit. I will offer you support and guidance through the troubling times.

I work with kids (0-18), young adults (18-22), and parents. Each counseling session is tailored to the needs of you or your child and could include traditional talk, play, and other expressive therapies because sometimes sitting around talking about yourself feels awkward.
