I work primarily with adults and older teens navigating major life transitions, relational disruptions, and symptoms of depression or anxiety. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and practical, integrating evidence-based care with respect for each client’s values and lived experience. With over a decade of experience consulting and coaching high-performance leaders, I offer support and understanding of the unique pressures of high-responsibility roles. In therapy, I emphasize emotional awareness, communication skills, nervous system regulation, and psychological flexibility to support meaningful, sustainable change.
I have experience in both private practice and clinical settings, with specialized training in counseling military service members and their families. My clinical work in a behavioral health clinic serving post-9/11 veterans shaped my understanding of identity, life transitions, trauma exposure, and the impact of high-demand roles on well-being.

I offer 20-minute consult calls for new clients which provide a chance for us to explore how we might work together.
