About
I am a Washington based therapist working with clients aged 18+. I work with those who are looking to deepen self-awareness, navigate life transitions and improve communication skills as well as with those who have experienced trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, loss, relationship issues and forms of social oppression. Drawing upon my experience as a professional musician, I also offer group counseling to bands and music ensembles.
My practice is informed by years of diverse work with adults and youth. My style is psychodynamic, emphasizes listening and seeks to bring insight to process. I use concepts from mindfulness based therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to foster resilience and build skills.
Please reach out if you think my practice may be right for you or if you would like to know more.
