In a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental atmosphere, I help my clients better understand themselves and those things which create suffering in their lives. I have an honest, straightforward approach, and I am warm and respectful of my clients' struggles and strengths. I work with adults, adolescents, and children, and welcome working with couples. I also specialize in offering short-term, parenting consultations to help parents better understand their child's behavior and develop specific ways of responding to their child.

I believe we are all affected by past experiences and relationships; by understanding how these affect us, we can find healthier ways of living. Clients often come to me troubled or dissatisfied with their relationships. Together, we can examine patterns in how a client relates to others, and develop new ways of connecting.

I specialize in helping people manage trauma, anxiety, and complex relationships. When working with children, I collaborate closely with parents/guardians to support them and their specific family needs.
