Life always has a way of throwing more our way. Do you have the full support that you need to get through it all? Whether you have been thrust into a significant transition or you realize that a change has been building for a while, often times a little extra help is what you need just to hang on. I am here to walk with you as you set and achieve new goals while addressing the underlying behavioral and emotional concerns that brought on such feelings of stagnation or stress. I promise that anything can be healed when addressed with the right care.
I rely primarily on internal family systems therapy (IFS) to address whatever you might need help with. This method allows me to get to know you on a deep level while you achieve new self-discovery so that we can build a fiercely effective working relationship. The beauty of it is that IFS can be tailored specifically to you, no matter the concerns you have.
