I rely primarily on internal family systems therapy (IFS) to address whatever you might need help with. This method allows me to get to know you on a deep level while you achieve new self-discovery so that we can build a fiercely effective working relationship. The beauty of it is that IFS can be tailored specifically to you, no matter the concerns you have.
