Through my practice as an LMHC, I have found my style matches perfectly with people living with everyday mental illness such as anxiety/depression/substance use/life stress. I help in many different ways, but my primary training and style is in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy. I work with a persons thoughts and assist them with identifying how these thoughts play a role in how they think, feel, act, perceive and behave. I also specialize in DBT and MI. For those with unstructured needs, traditional talk therapy is very helpful.
