I am an EMDR-trained, neuro-informed, trauma-focused, and narrative-based therapist who believes in the power of human connection and each person’s capacity to heal. A former teacher, I work with adolescents and adults to foster growth through curiosity and compassion. Trained at Bradley University, I approach therapy with radical acceptance and a deep trust in my clients’ ability to rewrite their stories and live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
I offer a wide-range of therapeutic modalities, including traditional talk-based therapy, EMDR sessions, and am currently becoming certified in other specialities (such as HeartMath and Brainspotting). It is my goal to offer something for every client, and meet them where their needs are. I am always willing to explore new methods to assist my clients.
I believe that one of the hardest steps in any therapeutic journey is the first one - reaching out for help. It takes courage and willpower to recognize the need for assistance; I hope that you will continue your journey as we begin our time together.
