I strive to serve the community around me and advocate for those who are in need. I focus on psychotherapeutic models to aid individuals in understanding the role their brain plays in treatment. Educating individuals about brain structure, function, development, and explaining how neurobiology can be applied to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and other disorders. Interpersonal neurobiology of human development aids us to understand that structure & function of the mind & brain are shaped by our experiences especially involving emotional relationships.

As a neurological psychotherapist, I have experience working in several different areas of mental health and addiction. I have experience working in attachment disorders, trauma, and eating disorders through the Arizona Trauma Institute. Mastering & Managing Your Adult ADHD

In this program, you will learn skills that directly attack the vi symptoms that make living with adult ADHD so difficult. These symptoms include difficulty focusing attention and being easily distracted, difficulties with organization and planning, and impulsivity. This program can be effectively combined with medications, or for individuals who derive relatively little benefit from medications, this program may be sufficient on its own.
